  1. People used to listen to what the POTUS of the time had to say. It mattered to them. Often it mattered to people in other countries all over the world. Now people reading what he has to say, or write, are described as being obsessed with the minor crap in life. How far, and how fast, have we fallen.
  2. ...'cos every time he uses it I'm reminded that President Donald J. Trump has the intellect of a child. ...'cos every time I do I'm reminded that President Donald J. Trump has the intellect of a child. I think you do, otherwise you wouldn't be wishing someone would deactivate his account. Yep. I bring up his tweets and imply by doing so: "SEE?!: President Donald J. Trump has the intellect of a child." I only make the implication. The tweets themselves make the actual case.
  3. Here's a Republican Rep's opinion: http://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/ileana-ros-lehtinen-steve-bannon-should-go Trump's reasons for ditching him may be different from his 'ties to certain [nudge, nudge, wink, wink, racist, anti-semitic] groups'. Apparently he's hacked-off with people referring to him as President Bannon. And with this sort of stuff: Looks about right to me...
  4. Tweets from President Donald J. Trump in 2013: June 15, 2013: We should stay the **** out of Syria, the "rebels" are just as bad as the current regime. WHAT WILL WE GET FOR OUR LIVES AND $ BILLIONS?ZERO August 29, 2013: @walaa_3ssaf No, dopey, I would not go into Syria, but if I did it would be by surprise and not blurted all over the media like fools. August 29, 2013: What will we get for bombing Syria besides more debt and a possible long term conflict? Obama needs Congressional approval. September 1, 2013: President Obama's weakness and indecision may have saved us from doing a horrible and very costly (in more ways than money) attack on Syria! September 2, 2013: If the U.S. attacks Syria and hits the wrong targets, killing civilians, there will be worldwide **** to pay. Stay away and fix broken U.S. September 3, 2013: What I am saying is stay out of Syria. September 5, 2013: The only reason President Obama wants to attack Syria is to save face over his very dumb RED LINE statement. Do NOT attack Syria, fix U.S.A. September 5, 2013: AGAIN, TO OUR VERY FOOLISH LEADER, DO NOT ATTACK SYRIA - IF YOU DO MANY VERY BAD THINGS WILL HAPPEN & FROM THAT FIGHT THE U.S. GETS NOTHING! September 7, 2013: President Obama, do not attack Syria. There is no upside and tremendous downside. Save your "powder" for another (and more important) day! September 9, 2013: Don't attack Syria - an attack that will bring nothing but trouble for the U.S. Focus on making our country strong and great again! So what changed his mind? Beautiful babies? Puh-lease: President Donald J. Trump in 2012: Now that Obama’s poll numbers are in tailspin – watch for him to launch a strike in Libya or Iran. He is desperate. — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) October 9, 2012 Maybe President Donald J. Trump is desperate: http://www.gallup.com/opinion/polling-matters/207416/trump-approval-rating-drops-new-low.aspx?g_source=BLOG_PM&g_medium=topic&g_campaign=tiles Also, too: "Trump is an unstable, ignorant, madman with no regard for democracy but I'm glad he's shooting missiles" is a bizarrely popular take. https://twitter.com/mattyglesias/status/850359674717319168
  5. Apparently so. I didn't recognise what genuinely was sarcasm. I don't know wolfhaven, but offer a sincere apology.
  6. Not only dumb as a rock but openly a racist. They often go hand in hand. Post reported as racist and offensive.
  7. By chance I came across this today. Gives some insight into some of the realities of the situation: http://www.eschatonblog.com/2017/03/going-rogue.html Some of the commenters ('Atriots') on the site give further insights: "Funny how we never quite manage to either legalize those workers or stop them from coming. We just end up with this large body of workers without rights, easy to exploit, at the bottom of our labor market. " "As mentioned earlier, the illegal workers pay taxes but receive no services. Also, are a big ticket item for border communities." "They're brown and they talk funny. End of story. Who was it posted a story telling how anti-Hispanic sentiment runs high where there aren't any."
  8. Let's get this straight: arrest a few thousand employers a month, parade them in handcuffs, all similar employers will dump all illegal immigrants, who will then return to their countries of origin taking all their families with them, never to return, and no others will ever come in. Genius. Absolute genius. I really don't know why this isn't the current policy.
  9. Trump has 7 pages. After just a few weeks.
  10. Indeed. Only atheists and other non-xtians commit murder.
  11. US is around 70% Christian, so most were.
  12. That's roughly the number of homicides in the US every 30 days. Does that help?
  13. The view from Ireland:
  14. I took the first line of the first quote in your post, fed it into Google and top of the search results was Gatestone Institute. So maybe you didn't get the quote from Gatestone, a right-wing, anti-Islamic, pro-"Christian", hate-spreading website but a different one. They link to and quote from each other, that's how their right-wing, anti-Islamic, pro-"Christian", hate-spreading agenda gets propagated, and if you've seen one right-wing, anti-Islamic, pro-"Christian", hate-spreading website you've pretty much seen 'em all. You say you've no idea who "RL" is. I assume this is a typo, and you meant "RT" as they produced the video you embedded in your post, and was mentioned in jubal's reply: So you embed a video from RT, but you have no idea who they are. Shome mishtake, shurely?
