Saddle, ranch cutter/ ranch roper Options

Hi! I recently started getting into cutting and am looking for a saddle. Right now I have a roping saddle. However, I was looking into getting a ranch cutter so I can do both and just sell the saddle I have now. The only thing is that I would like to know is how can you tell the difference? what makes one different from the other?
