  1. Ultrasound Says....

    I like Aubree Lynn :)
  2. Ultrasound Says....

I actually sex sort bovine semen for a living and the the ejaculates are always within 1-3% of being 50/50. The X chromosomes do have 3.8% more DNA than the Y chromosome sperm. Some people believe in the shettles method. Which says that X chromosome sperm swim faster than Y chromosome sperm. I personally don't believe that. Although it's an interesting theory.
  3. Ultrasound Says....

Pure coincidence. There is a 50/50 chance every time of either a boy or girl. Congratulations on your little girl. I bet you have it down by now :)
  4. Help Me Formulate A Present...please?

http://www.amazon.com/Marcato-Atlas-Wellness-Pasta-Stainless/dp/B0009U5OSO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1356136750&sr=8-1&keywords=hand+crank+pasta+maker I have something similar to this and it works good. I would love an attachment for my kitchenaid mixer but they are expensive for how often I make pasta. The manual one works just fine.

Mz Rat- from or new house McDade is only about an hour and a half away. We are moving north of Bryan. Michelle- we found tons of old instruments in the workshop yesterday.

We probably won't have an official party. our family will be coming over all weekend to see the house and to go out to eat with us for my birthday. There won't be any furniture in the house so that limits us.

Well we are getting closer to our closing date. We still haven't gotten our appraisal back but our loan came back from the underwriter and it was approved. Yesterday Chad's co-worker that lives down the street from our new house texted Chad and told him they had a u-haul backed up to our house. Thankfully they are cleaning it out. There were some cool antiques in there but it would have been a hassle for us to get rid of it during our remodeling. We should still be on schedule to close this Thursday. The lab at work is going 24/5 so starting tomorrow I will be moving into the lab and working 2pm-10pm. I don't think it will be bad we will see. I'm looking forward to be able to go to the dentist/dr. appts without taking off of work. Peppy- Can't wait to see pictures of the house! Our new house was built in 1970 so it needs to be updated and it doesn't have a dishwasher so we will have to put one in.

Ok ok ok! We are in the process of buying a house!!! Chad left his family business and started working for TPW Ag & Poultry Services in Franklin, TX. I'm still working in Navasota. So we bought a house north of Bryan. It's on 7.29 acres and has a garage, horse barn/lean to with a feed room, and a tool shed/ workshop. Oh and a pond! We should be closing on the 24th of August (my birthday) But I'm on my phone so it's difficult to write so I'll try to update more later. Riley
  9. Texas Folks!

    Where are they located?
  10. Lease-To-Own A Property

Mel- I would seriously consider buying if you know for sure that that is the same location and exactly where you want to be long term. . With the way the economy is going. Interest rates are going to be very unstable and some are even thinking could get up to 20% like in the Carter days. Just something to think about.

Are they affiliated with Markham Realty? That is not the contractor that they were dealing with. I'm going to send you a PM with some information.

Peppy- what builder are you meeting with? My friends just got done building a house in New Waverly and they had a bad experience with their contractor.

    Which Holiday?
  14. Opinions: Cm Trailers

I have the exact trailer you described except it's a 1999 model and other than a bit of rust it's been a wonderful trailer. But you will get rust with any steel trailer.

Hey guys! I?m overdue for an update. Chad and I celebrated our oneyear anniversary on December 18, 2011 at 7F Lodge in College Station, Texas. Itwas amazing and a great bed and breakfast. I highly recommend it. I graduatedfrom SHSU last May 2011 and looked for a job for 9 looong months. I finallydecided to get my apprentice electrician license to start riding around withChad and after working with him for 2 days I got an interview and was hired atSexing Technologies. They are the only company in the world that is certifiedto sell sex selected semen commercially. They are an international company andon my first day working there in distribution I was preparing a shipment toBrazil. I have been working there for 3 and a half weeks now and will starttraining in the lab tomorrow morning. I am commuting to Navasota every day andthe 50 minute commute through the national forest is trying. Between worryingabout deer and getting stuck behind slow people there is never a dull moment.Hopefully once we get some more of our debt paid down we will find someproperty to move to in Anderson, Roans Prairie, or Navasota so the commute won?tbe as bad. Chad is doing great. The family business is picking up and they aredoing more work in the Brenham area. The horses are great. I?m ready for hayseason to be here and praying that the rain keeps up so that we can get a fewcuttings off of our hay patch this year. I stay updated with yall I just haven?treally had much to update until now and then I didn?t have time LOL Hope all is well with everybody! Riley
