  1. Oh My Goodness!

Last summer I went back to Missouri to be with family.. My younger sister Caryn had bought two Halflinger mares at auction that ended up to be pregnant.. good ole' two for the price of one that seems to go on there alot....anyway.. the fillys were pretty young Last early part of July... Lola , the biggest and oldest was about 5 months old.. and Sassy was 3 months old.. They are of course half Halflinger and the other half is quarter horse... so this is the girls last summer on their parched "pasture".. Sassy and her dam Goldie Lola and her dam ...Peggy (on the right) Caryn with Lola Now I do have permission to post these from my sis.... she sent me these today of the little darlings.. Sassy is 1 year and 1 month...Lola is 1 year and 2 months Sassy Lola.... she still has that nice hip! Peggy ..Lola .. and Sassy Look at that nice pasture now! Makes a difference when there is plenty of rain! Last year they were irrigating from the creek...Lola's mom is not a people horse so she is harder to lure in for pics caryn said. AD
