WOW, smithereens! Thanks SO much! I will definitely try that walk exercise whenever I start bracing. That is one of my biggest problems, in my small arena I get tense and brace. In a big arena, that I'm not used to, I get nervous and really stiff. I can really use this relaxing exercise. I will try it next time I ride and feel like I am starting to tense up. Thanks SO much for your advice and help! I really appreciate it! [Not Worthy][smiley Wavey]
