englishcow Report post Posted December 30, 2005 WOW, smithereens! Thanks SO much! I will definitely try that walk exercise whenever I start bracing. That is one of my biggest problems, in my small arena I get tense and brace. In a big arena, that I'm not used to, I get nervous and really stiff. I can really use this relaxing exercise.
