It would depend on the color genetics of both, and what color the stallion was before he turned gray. Either way, you will have a 50% chance of gray. Unless the stallion is homozygous gray, in which case it would be 100%. If the stallion is your typical bay or sorrel turned gray, than your possibilities are gray, bay, sorrel and maybe a small chance of black. But if he carries any other color genes, which could be hidden by the gray, then who knows.
