Lyra is growing so fast!

A Haloween carnival! That's a great idea! We used to do that at school and the teachers handed out the candy. I had a gorilla mask the last year there. It was full head and no one knew who I was. I never did tell them.

Hmmm didn’t see you and Heidi there Jubal.
omgosh how did stand being enclosed in a gorilla head? They’re so hot!
This carnival is inside at our fair grounds committee man building. I’m pretty sure it’s put on by the FFA youth. Last year it was the only thing happening for Halloween due to torrential rains. Was a lot of fun this year, she was able to play the games geared to toddlers.

Her daddy is putting her play set together today. They made a play yard for her with a picket fence, someplace they can keep mowed and sprayed for critters suck as snakes and scorpions.

Hello how is everyone? What is everyone’s Thanksgiving plans? Having ours on Thursday.
With his new position, our son is off holidays now. We always had to wait dinner for him when he was on shift work. He was cleared for normal duty yesterday. His therapy is covered 3 more wks. so he’ll try to be 100% by then otherwise it will be out of pocket.

My youngest brother is coming for the first time. He turns 60 in Feb. but will eternally be my baby brother. I learned my older brother by 14 months Is in jail for assault.
Got in an altercation with his neighbor and assaulted him, he’s always been angry, I haven’t seen or talked to him since 1986. I’m praying for him to be out before Christmas, his health is so bad, diabetic and kidney disease. Just hope he survives long enough for his trial Dec. 19.
Lyra had her first cold last week, brother gave it to her. She is talking up a storm, putting very dramatic sentences together. She has always been able to make her needs known. Look at those curls!

This video is her tattling on her brother Trace, she calls him Zehpoo for shutting her out of his room.
She goes to play in his room when he gets home from work. Amanda heard him tell her “Lyra no mam you don’t spit!” and close his door in her face. She was indignant and came right in to tattle on him.

My older sister lives next door to my younger sister. The younger one keeps her grandsons, ages four and six, after school. She sends them next door for a break and snack. The six year old is fascinated by Aunt Ann's push button couch. She told him to stop pushing buttons because he could jam the mechanism. He got mad and went back to Granny's house and said he left because Aunt Ann wouldn't follow his rules! (But he returned later for his snack!)

LOL that’s so funny, she’s good enough for snacks though.
