Big Brown

Recommended Posts

I knew he wouldn't win, lol. I didn't think he was that great of a horse??

The jockey said that he "had no horse" under him. Apparently Big Brown must have had no energy or something.

I think it's cuz they took him off the steroids.

That's the only race that horse hasn't run without them and look how he did.

Bummer.

I actually wasn't pulling for Big Brown. I don't feel like he is the best horse since Affirmed won 30 years ago. He just didn't have the competition this year that there has been other years.

Yea they were talking about it earlier.

They were legal.

But when it got out that he was on them a lot of people started doubting him, saying the only reason he was winning races was cuz he was on them. Trainer/owner wanted to prove that that wasn't why and decided to run him in the Belmont without them.

To me, it looks like he was a great horse... but only with the help of the steroids.

I heard that they might stretch out the time of the triple crown because they think he didnt have enough time off.

I think steroids should be made illegal. Anybody else agree?
